Jason Robert: vocals, keys

Brantley Allen: bass, keys, pedals
David Patton: drums, electronic percussion

In the summer of 2005, Jason Robert, John Walker, Brantley Allen, and David Patton came together to form Anthem. Our mission: to perform the music of Rush as close to the original as possible, push ourselves into new areas as players, and find out if we really have what it takes to pull this off.

Brantley is probably most familiar to fans of the DFW music scene as the bass player for the Jake Crawford Band, while David and John had worked together previously in the band Undercover. Covering Rush was something we had all wanted to do for years; finally, with this band, we are able to realize that goal.

We play the classics you've heard for years on the radio like Tom Sawyer, Spirit of Radio, Workin' Man - as well as some great music from the band that you may not have heard before, like Leave That Thing Alone, Dreamline, Resist, or Animate. And you can't really call yourself a Rush tribute band without the drum solo, so yes - we have that too!
